Our Team

Prof. Kevin Au co-founded the CUHK Centre for Entrepreneurship and serves as the current Director. He is also Director of the Centre for Family Business. His research interests are international management, entrepreneurship, family business, and social network. He has published dozens of academic articles, teaching cases, and book chapters, and served on the editorial boards of several academic journals. He has provided consulting and training for the government and business corporations. His clients include the Central Policy Unit, Hong Kong Cyberport, and a number of business startups and family businesses in Hong Kong.

Professor Dora C. Lau is an Associate Professor (Teaching) in Department of Management at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School. She is also the Director of MSc in Management Programme and the Executive Committee Member of the Centre for Entrepreneurship and the Centre for Family Business.

Marshall is the Executive Director of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Centre for Family Business. Growing up from a family business setting, he has come across many sizable conflicts and has always been passionate about setting alignments and building growth for family businesses. With over 10 years of experience working on the education and family business space, Marshall spearheaded multiple projects in growing the APAC market for the first listed education company as the Vice President of Asia Pacific before joining CUHK.

Dr. Frank Ng ​received his PhD in Management and BBA in Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests are strategic management, international business, corporate governance and entrepreneurship, and he is particularly interested in how institutional environments shape firm strategy, innovation and entrepreneurial activity.

Professor Victoria Wang is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Management. Professor Wang obtained her PhD from Federation University, Australia, with a research focus on cross-cultural leadership and people effectiveness in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Professor Wang had an impressive 30-year career driving growth, transformation, and people and organisation development in esteemed companies such as IBM, DuPont and HAVI. She has been a prominent member on various global leadership boards, company Board of Directors, Global Logistics Council, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Council. With extensive general management, P&L, and cross-functional experience, including over a decade in cross-cultural global leadership, Professor Wang’s strategic leadership encompasses a deep understanding of global business management, sustainability, cross-cultural dynamics, people and organisation development, mergers and acquisitions, transformation and change management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as women in leadership.
