This Professional Certificate Program focused on establishing the foundation of family office in Hong Kong for Chinese families and aims at helping family members or professional managers who will take on complex challenges they will experience with family.

This course introduces many concepts covered in many business programs, such as digital transformation, marketing, finance, economics, thus providing an opportunity for students to understand and integrate these functional specialties in family businesses. This is an applied, project-based course with business strategies implementation to help structure your thinking in a family business environment so to create an entrepreneurial instinct. Students will also be assigned to mentors; Mentorship are designed to provide “outside the box” suggestions for analyzing the issue assigned by the professor, and extension of creative approach is highly encouraged. In addition, students will learn the “intangible and unquantifiable” factors that may affect a business family decision.

Family Entrepreneur Shadow Program
The Family Entrepreneur Shadow Program provides opportunities for members of our Family Business Learning Network or their offsprings* to shadow our Family Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (FEIR). A series of one-on-one meetings with a successful family entrepreneur allows participants an in-depth discussion of one's aspiration in and/or outside the family business.

International Business Management Trainee Program (IBMT)
The Program is developed by CUHK and GLR International Education Group and sponsored by MassMutual Asia-Kingdom Region. Topics of the Program are tailored for students to analyze and address a real business issue. The Program, highly interactive in nature, will be delivered by world-class scholars at CUHK and seasoned speakers from leading firms. Participants will work in teams and present their 'solutions' in the International Business Challenge organized at the end of the Program. Participants need to pitch their ideas to a panel from CUHK and the sponsoring organization(s). Via these intensive activities, the Program shall accelerate participants' intellectual growth and prepare them for further education and career development.
